Small Claims

If you have a claim against someone that isn’t more than $5,000-10,000 then you may decide to have your case be heard in a small claims court.  For many people, small claims court can be a little intimidating because you may not understand what the difference is between a regular court and a small claims court.

Here at the Law Offices of Michael Kuldiner, P.C. we believe that a client’s best weapon is knowledge, and we intend to do our best to make sure that you are armed with the information you need in order to win your small claims case.  We will also be honest you.  We do not want to tell a client that he/she can get money when, in reality, they have no case.  If you do not have a case, we will tell you.  Your time is valuable and we will not waste it by putting you through a trial we know you cannot win.

However, most of the time, our clients do have good cases and when they do; we will work one-on-one with them to determine the best possible course of action.   We will help you to settle your case before it reaches trial, so we can get you the money that you are owed, without the hassle of going through a trial.  This will save you time and money.

There will be times, however, where going to court will be necessary and rest assured that we will be there to assist you when you are court.  We will fight zealously to make sure that you get the money that your rightfully deserve.
